Thank you for shopping at DALAB SHOPPING. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account. You may also contact us directly.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.

After you notify us, you have 14 days to return the item(s).
Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund the original purchase price plus standard outbound shipping costs.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
